In the area of Project Management, we provide services in:

1. Preparing project applications and proposals for all type of organizations, targeting national and international donors (multilateral and bilateral grants);

2. Conducting detailed and professional evaluation, analysis and audit of finished projects and/or projects in progress (whenever required),

and most important of all,

3. Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO is much more than staff engaged in performing project activities of planning, scheduling, communicating with customers and ensuring project delivery.  It is a move from the state of organizing for the project towards an independent project organization, as an entity with various responsibilities related to the centralized and coordinated management of projects.
