A Sheffield MBA graduate, Mrs. Bogdanovska is a Researcher in the area of Strategic Management. Mrs. Bogdanovska has more than 5 years of work experience in managing and administering international donor projects, 3 years in lecturing at a University level and 3 years in leading research projects.

Her programs successfully covered the training of 30 Members of Parliament and more than 200 party officials. More than 300 students successfully passed her classes in management and more than 500 women participated in her trainings in the NGO sector. While she worked as a Product Manager for T-Home and T-mobile, internet penetration tripled in six months, and the new 3G card was introduced at the Macedonian market.

Mrs. Smilevska holds an International Master in Business Economics and Management from the CIHEAM Mediterranean Program. SShe has more than 5 years of international experience in working with national and international innovative projects and programs and start-up enterprises including their development and research.at the Center for Knowledge Management.

Branko Djurovic is a project manager with 15 years of progressive work experience in the insurance and telecommunications industry. His expertise covers work on organizing, developing and managing business projects and programs, with special attention to formulating and implementing IT and business strategy, policies and procedures. He has an MBA from the University of Sheffield and PRINCE 2 certification.

Branko's project management competence and skills combined with excellent skills in relationship building, flexibility and adaptability, resulted in successful leadership of QBE international project teams for more than 5 years. It enabled him to gain unique international expertise in preparing and implementing business process re-engineering strategies in several EU Countries. Branko's international assignments cover work on projects in UK, Macedonia, Hungary, Estonia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Germany and Bulgaria.
