In the duration of 4 sessions from 17.01-27. 202, the Center for Knowledge Management organized a training on Circular Human Resource Management for discussions at this year's Semos Education Academy of Human Resources.

Human resource development according to the principles of a sustainable (circular) economy is an important prerequisite for a competitive economy. Circular Human Resource Management (HRM) can lead to lasting and sustainable skills in the company unlike the current linear model of hiring, managing and eventually firing.

In a sustainable economy (circular economy), workers need to develop long-term and interdisciplinary thinking, while creativity, awareness and proactivity become essential to the human resources of the future. For that purpose, the Center for Knowledge Management organized a pilot training for Circular Human Resource Management for the participants (Managers and Consultants in the field of human resource management) at this year's Academy of Human Resources at Semos Education.

The training was held under the auspices of the Sustainable Human Resource Management Model project, which aims to support the transition of European SMEs from a traditional, linear human resource management model to a sustainable (circular) model that supports the regeneration of on-the-job skills and competencies and favored round and sustainable business and organizational models.

The training was held online through the Zoom platform, in a period of 4 days in two, on the following dates:
1. Introduction and Eco-conception 17.01.2022 (18: 00-20: 00)
2. Reuse and Reintegration 20.01.2022 (18: 00-20: 00)
