A team from the InnoPlatform project participated at the International Conference “Alliance for Entrepreneurship and Development in Western Greece” 13-15 December, 2017 in Patras.  Prof. Dr. John Garofala, Dr. Andrijana Bogdanovska Gj,  Prof, Dr. Vladimir Dukovski, Branko Djurovic, and Dr. Ioannis Kostpolus met with representatives from Western Greece region during the firts day of the conference.

 

 

On December 12th and 13th 2017, the First Meeting of the InnoPlatform Project took place in the Computer Technology Institute and Press "Diophantus" (CTI) Premises in Patras, Greece.

 INNOPLATFORM aims at improving the competitiveness of the Balkan Mediterranean region by advancing existing knowledge on business model innovations and developing a set of tools (InnoTools) and services (InnoScorecard and InnoRegion) for improving SMEs opportunities, capacities, and knowledge in introducing product and process innovations.

 

On September 28th, 2017 an initial meeting of the I3 project was held in Sofia, organised by the lead partner the Bulgarian Economic Forum.

Five Balkan countries, including Macedonia, will work on a platform aimed at boosting the competitiveness and innovation of business entities. Innotools for companies to implement their new business ideas.

The Balkan – Mediterranean area suffers from market fragmentation, high unemployment and limited labor force skills, actions are needed to foster the entrepreneurship potential by encouraging new business models, especially the ones promoting innovation and supporting internationalisation.

INNOPLATFORM (Innovations Platform and Tools for increasing the innovation capacity of SMEs in the Balkan Mediterranean Area), is a project selected for financing on the 1st call of The Balkan Mediterranean Program.

 On June 27th, 2017, Knowledge Center and the Association of Managers of Macedonia signed Memorandum for cooperation.

Dr. Andrijana Bogdanovska Gj. participated at the 2017 PEP Annual Conference and General Meeting which took place from June 8 to 14 in Nairobi, Kenya.

On May 25th, 2017, Center for Knowledge Management signed Memorandum for understanding with GENSBOX in Tianjin, China.

“Integrated Support Programs and the Growth of Micro and Small Entrepreneurs – The Case of Republic of Macedonia” is the project that Dr. Andrijana Bogdanovska Gj. will present at the 2017 PEP Annual Conference and General Meeting.

On October 29th, 2016, CKM and the Municipality of Strumica organized the closing event of the project “Supporting businesses for young people” where 8 grants of 3000 euros each were awarded to the 8 best business plans.

The team of CKM organised the first set of the educational training, part of the project for “Supporting businesses for young people” financed by the Municipality of Strumica and the Foundation Open Society - Macedonia. 

June 29, 2016, Kapfenberg, Austria

On June 29, 2016, CKM’s team attended the 4th project meeting of the project M-commerce. The meeting was held in the premises of the FH JOANNEUM – University of applied science located in Kapfenberg, place between Graz and Vienna. 

In the week beginning on May 23rd 2016, CKM organised training on M-commerce (mobile commerce). The training is an output of the Erasmus Plus project M-commerce, while the modules were developed in collaboration with 6 project partners from different EU member countries and EU applicants. CKM participated in the project from the Macedonian side.
