Citrus peel flour- NORTH MACEDONIA

Citrus Peel Team made by Rabije Mah,mudi and Monika Spasovska did an exceptional job. Novel idea from the circular economy, the team of two food technology graduates aims at producing flour from the citrus fruits rich in fiber and flavour and with many health related benefits. We look forward for these young ladies to continue with their idea and attrack investors for its realization.
