• D4.4.2 - Development of three training packages. One training package is addressed to innovative SMEs (namely Gazelles), one is addressed to the staff of the Support Centers and one is addressed to Business Angels.
• D4.4.3 - Development of a toolkit for the Support Centers addressed to all interested parties. Indicatively, the toolkit patent includes, IP and company valuation tools, ‘sanity check’ tool of accelerated companies, due diligence tools, elevator pitch templates, code of conduct for BANs etc.
• D4.4.4 - Delivering the training seminar addressed to the staff of the North Macedonia's Support Center.
• D4.4.5 - Start the operation of the Support Center hosted by CKM.
• D5.4.1 - Based on the relevant tools (selection process, criteria etc.) developed in D4.4.3, disseminate a call for proposal inviting innovative SMEs from North Macedonia to participate in the acceleration program.
• D5.4.2 - Based on the relevant training package developed in 4.4.2 and the tools developed in 4.4.3, the contractor should organize the delivery of the acceleration program to the selected innovative SMEs. The SMEs will be trained and mentored during the acceleration programme.
